Medical Insurance
Maristaff offers our employees a competitive medical insurance plan. Affordable premiums can be deducted automatically. If desired additional coverage can be purchased for Dental, Disability and Life Insurance for you and your dependents. All premium contributions are pre-tax payroll.

 

Direct Deposit
Maristaff provides the option of Direct Deposit. Wages can be deposited automatically into your personal checking or savings account each week.

 

Vacation Pay
After working 1,350 regular hours, Maristaff offers a full 40-hour week paid vacation. Hours must be earned within a 52 week consecutive period.

 

Holiday Pay
After 1,000 regular hours, Maristaff employees are eligible for six paid holidays:

New Years' Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

To qualify, you must work a minimum of 96 regular hours in the two weeks prior to and the week of the holiday. Hours must be earned within a 52 week consecutive period.

 

College Tuition Assistance
After 1,000 regular hours, Maristaff employees are eligible for college tuition assistance. Hours must be earned within a 52 week consecutive period.

 

Bonuses for working with Maristaff, Inc.
Merit Raises, Attendance Bonuses, and Production Bonuses are available on many assignments. And, we'll pay you a bonus for referring your friends to Maristaff, Inc.
